Airport Transfer
EF Tokyo offers an optional Airport Transfer service.
We collaborate with local suppliers to provide pick-up and drop-off services for our students upon arrival and departure.
You can book the transfer service with your local sales office before you travel, or book directly with EF Tokyo before the week you depart.
Arrival Transfer
If you have an Arrival Transfer, you will receive an email from EF Tokyo before your departure.
Please use the WhatsApp contact sent in the email to get in touch with your driver and inform them in case you have any flight delays or cancellations.
You can use free wifi at their airport. Please do not leave the airport by yourself!
Departure Transfer
If you have a Departure Transfer, you will receive an email from EF Tokyo with your pickup time on the Thursday before your departure. Remember to sign your name to confirm you pickup time at the school front desk.
You will be picked up at the pick-up time in front of your accommodation.
The last day you can purchase a departure transfer with EF Tokyo is 1 week before your departure.
